When choosing our school please Submit the IMS Application for Enrollment. These can be dropped off, mailed, or emailed to email@example.com. Once we have received your application form we will review it, and if we have an opening notify you of your child’s acceptance. If classes are currently full, we will place your child on a waiting list. As openings become available we will contact families on the waiting list.
When your child is accepted you will receive the acceptance letter with an enrollment contract. To secure your child’s enrollment, IMS must receive the signed enrollment contract, the $200.00 non-refundable enrollment fee, and the one month tuition deposit by the due date listed on your acceptance letter. Your child’s Medical & Authorization Forms are due TWO WEEKS prior to their first day. These will be provided to you after submitting your enrollment contract. Once we have your enrollment contract, your child’s classroom teacher will contact your family prior to your child’s first day. The teacher will set up a Home Visit and a New Family Meeting as well as discuss how your child’s phase-in process to their classroom will work.
